At Raven, we believe it's not just giving back , it's giving in all directions!
Our Mission Statement
At Raven Capital Management LLC, we have several humanitarian projects that we are involved with. We will provide funding and hands-on assistance to meet the financial needs of these projects. Below you will learn what these projects are and how we intend to help them through our affiliates The Shamash Foundation and the Mosley-Gordon Foundation.
Veterans Retreat Network
This project will be a very extensive under-taking. We will be partnering with the existing National organization to provide funding and hands-on assistance whenever possible. The Veterans Retreat Network (VRN) is a non-profit organization formed for the purpose of honoring , respecting, training and rehabilitating our great American servicemen and women. The VRN is composed of a network of privately -owned properties which together provide a variety of opportunities for counseling, training, recreational and spiritual development. Together we plan to restore health, happiness, quality of life and individual prosperity to our veterans throughout our national network.
National Alliance to Prevent Veteran Suicide
21 veterans commit suicide each day. That is totally unacceptable. We can't ignore this travesty that our national heroes are suffering through daily. The National Alliance to Prevent Veteran Suicide is a National organization dedicated to making that horrible statistic disappear. We here at Raven, will be working along side the Alliance team by providing much needed funding. The funding will support medical, and physiological treatment. We will have staff members from Raven that will assist and any way that will support the effort to reduce this unacceptable statistic.
One Accord
Lack of funding has caused the elimination of band, art , and dancing classes in our Middle schools and High schools nationwide. We will provide funding to hire new teachers, purchase instruments for students who can't afford them. We will also offer to renovate or build a new facility to house the band and dance classes.
Re-build America/The world
With our association with Re-Build America/The World, our mission, is to help restore areas all around the world that may have been devastated by natural disasters, i.e. floods, fires, hurricanes, volcanoes or earthquakes. We will also address the need to provide fresh water and housing for some developing countries.
